Si bien existen trabajos inherentemente peligrosos, estos empleadores deben proporcionar medidas razonables de seguridad. Cuando un empleado reporta un peligro al empleador y este no se soluciona, puede reportarlo a la Administraci\u00f3n de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (OSHA) para una inspecci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n, un an\u00e1lisis detallado de una inspecci\u00f3n de la OSHA.   \n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3c8c34 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3c8c34\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSi desea solicitar una inspecci\u00f3n de la OSHA en su lugar de trabajo, complete el formulario oficial de quejas de la agencia y env\u00edelo con informaci\u00f3n adicional. Si existe un peligro inmediato relacionado con su queja, llame a la OSHA junto con la documentaci\u00f3n. \n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-823c821 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"823c821\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSolo habr\u00e1 cuatro casos en los que la OSHA notificar\u00e1 a un empleador con antelaci\u00f3n sobre una inspecci\u00f3n. Estos cuatro casos incluyen los siguientes: \n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f41118b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f41118b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p>Peligro inminente aparente para que el empleador pueda remediar la situaci\u00f3n inmediatamente<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p>Si la inspecci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 despu\u00e9s del horario comercial normal o si se requieren preparaciones especiales<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p>Si la direcci\u00f3n o los trabajadores no estar\u00e1n en el lugar de la inspecci\u00f3n a menos que se les notifique con antelaci\u00f3n<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p>En cualquier otra \u00e1rea donde el director del \u00e1rea de OSHA crea que una inspecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s completa ser\u00eda el resultado de una notificaci\u00f3n previa<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3132f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a3132f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCualquier inspecci\u00f3n que la OSHA considere seria debe realizarse dentro de los 30 d\u00edas posteriores a la presentaci\u00f3n de la queja. De no ser as\u00ed, comun\u00edquese con la agencia para garantizar que se realice la inspecci\u00f3n. \n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c282f84 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c282f84\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSeg\u00fan la ley, un empleado designado por sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo tiene derecho a acompa\u00f1ar a los representantes de OSHA durante la inspecci\u00f3n.
